About the Patient Participation Group

Our PPG (Patient participation Group) is run by volunteer patients, the clinical services manager and Dr Monach. The group is designed to help strengthen the relationship between the practice and you, our patients.

We meet four times a year to discuss practice news, healthcare updates and discuss how to improve the services provided.

The PPG helps contribute ideas, feedback and suggestions to greater develop the patient experience. If you would like to know more or want to get involved, please call reception or fill in the form below.

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

  • To offer opinions in a constructive manner and to put forward ideas on behalf of other patients.
  • To improve the provision of health care.
  • To improve communication between surgery, patients and the wider community about matters concerning the surgery and health in general.
  • To provide assistance in development of new services.
  • To encourage a spirit of self help and support amongst patients to improve their health and social care.

Join our Patient Participation Group

All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.

Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
